Personal Shatner

The northbridge on my desktop is still making noise. I turned the bloody thing off for the night and it was silent when I turned it back on for a while. It’s making an unreal amount of noise now. With any luck ASUS won’t tell me to shove it with my fan request, but more than likely I’ll end up not even getting a response from them. Gah.

On a completely non-related note it appears as if AMD’s Q2 has been fantastic. Opteron has been sold like a mofo and their earnings are way up. Since I’m a huge fan of AMD this is great news.
